    Since 1993 we have been committed to serving you our interpretrations of Global Comfort Food--- the healthy, lustily seasoned and assertive dishes of the American Melting Pot.

    Many of our ingredients are local, organic and sustainable and the list keeps growing!

    We use fresh local tomatoes in summer, dried in winter, fresh corn in summer,
    polenta in winter... Simple stuff, right? We can all live better if we begin to
    expect restaurants to make great meals without forcing chemical companies to
    invent indestructible foods.
